Murray Supply Company Hosts Maintenance Tradeshow

Winston-Salem, N.C. based plumbing supply company; Murray Supply Company sponsored a “Maintenance in the Know” tradeshow for the Upper State South Carolina territory maintenance supervisors and technicians on September 29, 2011 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Approximately 16 maintenance supervisors and technicians attended the tradeshow. Murray Supply created four stations, where the participants had to perform maintenance tasks. Each maintenance task was timed and recorded and at the end of the event the winners were announced and they each received a gift card. The event began at 11:00 am and lasted for approximately two hours and all of the attendees enjoyed lunch after they participated in the “Maintenance in the Know” activities. Murray Supply associates that attended included; MRO Division Manager, Patrick Oran, along with sales associates Marian Borland, Christina Clark, Rodney Darden, Drew Haynes, Mark Sharp and Murray Supply President, David Murray. Jerry Tollison from Moen also attended the tradeshow and helped the Murray Supply associates prepare for the show. “The response from this event has been extremely positive and we have gained a number of new business opportunities from the event,” comment Patrick Oran.
