Ferguson hosted 3 Trade Shows this October in Athens, Marietta and Augusta. Over 35 vendors and 150 customers attended each event including many vendors such as AO Smith, Watts, Oatey, Lenox/Irwin, Zoeller, Kohler, Delta, Milwaukee Tool, Ridgid, Rinnai, Sloan and many more. The first 150 customers at each event received a FREE insulated tote bag along with a Ferguson hat or t-shirt. Attendees also enjoyed some great prizes that included a flat screen HD TV, NASCAR Driving Experience tickets, Milwaukee heated jackets, Bass Pro Shop gift cards, and over 20 other great prizes. The vendors that attended this event had plenty of room to display their latest and greatest products and their tables surrounded the eating area which gave vendors an opportunity to be close to their customers and get a great deal of exposure and it gave the customers the benefit of being able to see each table and learn about the products. Ferguson also had a trailer setup with two big flat screen televisions where the customers could watch a rolling video of current and upcoming products that Ferguson’s vendors offer. In addition, Ferguson displayed their new Commercial Water Heater trucks that not only handle all of your commercial heater needs, but also holds inventory of commonly needed items to install a commercial water heater such as expansion tanks, Viega ProPress fittings, dielectric unions and MUCH MORE! Karen Christy of Ferguson stated “We are very pleased with the turnout at our first Trade Show Day in Athens. It was a beautiful day and the customers came out in full force. We battled weather and extenuating circumstances in Marietta and Augusta but still had a great customer turnout. We are looking forward adding new, better and even more exciting aspects to our Trade Shows for the 2012 so stay tuned!!
