Albany Winnelson Company at 2150 Gillionville Road in Albany, Georgia and their employees: Larry Price, Ericka, Tammy Pope, Russ Shirley, Rick Gladney, Sean Flewellen and Terry Allen were proud to host the company’s 29th Anniversary Celebration and Cookout on Thursday September 22nd, 2011. Approximately 225 people attended the event which is held each year to show appreciation to their customers for partnering with them to supply home owners, businesses and contractors with new up to date plumbing products. Venders included Mike Born of McKee Nix Associates, Steve Romine and Charlie Pulley of Pulley and Associates, Bob Vance of Benson-Vance, Chris Pearson of Noritz Tankless Heaters, Roy Harris of MTI Whirlpools, Whitney Morgan, Randal and Jim Volk of Harry Warren of Georgia. These venders manned tables and booths to demonstrate the new products to those attending. Hugh and Hanna Hardy, celebrity TV Chefs, of Carrols Meats cooked over 300 sausage dogs and 300 hamburgers accompanied by chips, cake and ice cream and plenty of soft drinks to celebrate their birthday. Customers were able to view and have a hands on experience of new products and water saving features from the vendors. Customers enjoyed the non-stop drawing of door prizes from tools, fishing tackle, golf equipment, electronics, hats and shirts. Larry Price, President, stated “Each year it is our pleasure to show appreciation to our customers for allowing us to work with them on their new homes, remodeling and repair jobs. We are a hands on company who provides service before, during and after the sale and this is our way of giving back to the men and women whom we serve each day in Albany and the Southwest Georgia area.
